Founding
The company was founded by Ralph Geuenich, born in Cologne in 1971, a master craftsman in installation and heating technology. The success of the company began with its work in the fields of installation and heating construction. This includes the creation of tasteful bathrooms, wellness oases, and pool landscapes, as well as the construction of various heating systems and the development of pipeline systems for the supply and disposal of all media in building services engineering.Gründung

With the goal of acquiring well-trained employees, the idea of promoting and training new talent took shape. Starting in September, the company began its first in-house training program for the profession of installer and heating technician or plant mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology. This demanding training lasts almost four years. To date, all eight trainees have successfully completed their apprenticeships – a fact of which we are proud!
GMBH
The sole proprietorship transitions into a limited liability company (GmbH). The company grows and expands its business areas. Renewable energies such as solar and geothermal energy enable the construction of even more efficient heating and hot water systems. Additionally, the utilization of rain and gray water becomes another highly successful business model.

We hired our first fully trained technical employees, all of whom passed their final exams successfully. Some of them continued their careers by obtaining a technical diploma or a master craftsman certification, and then pursued a degree in supply engineering.Mitarbeiter
Offices
Even a craft business needs a well-functioning office and staff. Starting in September, the company will begin training apprentices in the commercial sector as well, where modern office communication techniques are a given.
Integration
Integration of the trade of refrigeration plant construction in the field of air conditioning, as well as the ventilation of residential and commercial buildings, and the cooling of technically used building sections like IT and server rooms. Continuous technical development and excellent designs enable the company to build efficient and aesthetically pleasing cooling and ventilation systems.

With the addition of the electrical engineering trade, our range of services for technical building management is now complete. This enables the company to offer everything necessary for the safe and economical operation of buildings, from single-family homes and apartments to larger properties.
Exploring new markets
The global economic development and increasing globalization prompted Ralph Geuenich GmbH to successfully market its services outside Germany as well. The decision has been made to explore new markets in Eastern Europe and the Asian continent.
